Champaign Banquet and Event Center
Update: We are still booking a venue in Urbana that seats 250 guests. Please call for details!
Our Champaign Banquet Center has been recently purchased by Serica, a manufacturing company, who will utilize the building to create obstruction lighting. We did not anticipate this sale, or even plan to sell our Banquet Center in Urbana, so we are sad to see it go. Even still, we are excited for the city of Urbana as the Champaign Banquet Center building will allow Serica to provide upwards 160 new jobs for the community as well as retain around 60 existing positions.
We would like to thank all who have allowed us to play a role in their event at Urbana. We've received so many great compliments about our services, and we will certainly miss working with the people of Urbana during their celebrations. Our last event date for the Champaign Banquet Center in Urbana is May 14, 2011.
Our event services are still available, and there has been no change with our Woodruff Event Center located in Springfield. We will continue to plan and host events at our Woodruff Event Center in the future, just as we have thus far.
